Hi. just installed a factory cert. transmission in a 07 saturn aura 6 speed 3.6 litre reprogramed the tcm and ecm and reset the adaptives. fluid is full as soon as you start it it seems to engage both direction fine. but after you move it has a very bad delay in reverse and it will fall out of gear going forward. getting 2 out of 3 of the same codes as before job. p0700 and p0300 on the ecm side. any help would be appreciated

Hello JACUSTOMER, is the check engine light on steady? How many miles are on the vehicle?
It tripped a code when I tried to driveit p0700 tcm request mil illumination, p0300 misfire detcted and p0756 shift sol 1 valve performance stuck. the car has between 70 and 80000on it.
Okay. If the computer was flashed as necessary then you more than likely have a communication problem between the ECM and the TCM. Most of the time the communication lines fail and cause this to occur.
How often do the ecm go bad on saturns. the p0700 and p0300 were there before I did the job. the car did not move however. Which I am sure has to do with the wave plate breaking in the transmission taking out the 3,5,R housing
