Greetings and welcome to Just Answer. My name is Mark.

Bank 1 Oxygen Sensor is actually in the exhaust manifold. You'll need to remove that tin heat shield that covers the exhaust manifold first.

That sensor is on the side of the manifold. It may be kinda tricky to remove trying to use the conventional methods with special wrenches or special sensor tools.

If you KNOW that is your issue, and you have the NEW sensor ready to install, take a hammer and just break the sensor off at the manifold. Then use a 7/8" socket with your hand ratchet and remove. Try using 1/2" drive sockets too. It will then come out rather easily.
