Saturn: i press the gas pedal it..im driving..stop sign..bearing

i have a saturn 98 sl2 when i press the gas pedal it makes a humming noise when i'm driving it stops. stop at a stop sign or red light i press the pedal makes noise it is not the bearing because i just fixed it please help

Noise for about 10 seconds then when I coast it is gone stop or turn when I press it again it makes noise when I coast it is gone and so on
