Allison won't go into gear on Peterbilt.
JA: How old is the transmission? Have you checked the brake switch?
Customer: 2011
JA: What is the model of your '11 RV?
Customer: Peterbilt 348
JA: Are you fixing your RV yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Nothing just wait till it goes. Sometimes 1, 2. 3 hrs

Good morning Sorry for delay

This is usually caused by a faulty ESS (engine speed sensor) in transmission bell housing

If this sensor is reading high RPM it won't allow shift into any gear to protect transmission

Also check plug at sensor for corrosion and wiring to sensor for any rubbed through areas
