Hi my name is Robert...

Normally you will see some low point drains under the chassis, they could be red and blue lines or clear, make sure they do not have caps on them, some use caps, you remove the caps and it drains the system. IF you do not see caps on the lines, look near the water pump, in back of the water heater for some drain valves, look where the lines from underneath are going into the RV and go inside to that area and look, after the drain valves are opened I would start the water pump to help push the water out, once the pump starts to sputter shut it off. IF the valve handle is running with pipe the valve is open, against the pipe it is shut.... Hope this helps some..... Robert
