Customer Question

Transmission is kind of slip in a little bit I had a mechanic to work on my vehicle and he didn't put transmission fluid in it
JA: When was the last time your transmission fluid was checked? Changed?
Customer: The RV have been setting up for a very long time
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: 1996 Dutch star
JA: Are you fixing your RV yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: This is very frightening I can't even afford to pay a lot to get this repaired and I'm scared because I had someone else will take a look at it and then they didn't do a very good job and any other companies that I want to or so shady that I don't even know who to go to anymore because I cannot afford to pay a lot to get this repaired
JA: When we are ready I'll take you to the appropriate web page.
Customer: Go ahead
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: If there's anything else that we need to talk about this is a major problem right now
