I cannot retract the hydraulic levelers in the rear with the

I cannot retract the hydraulic levelers in the rear with the automatic retraction button. The front levelers will retract but the back 4 will not. I have Forest River Georgetown 2003 325s
JA: What is the model of your '03 Forest River?
Customer: It is a Georgetown 325S as far as I know
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We have tried Individually ad with automatic retract. Is there a manual way to do this?
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

What is the name on the control pad where you operate the jacks? Power Gear or Lippert or HWH or another brand? Get back to me with that information and I can assist you further.

All it says is HWH hydraulic leveling

There are up down buttons and a cetner rectangular button for auto retract

I do not have a printer but can download on a flashdrive and get printed out at print shop tomarrow. No transportation till morning.
