I have a constant beeper going off. There are no warning

I have a constant beeper going off. There are no warning lights on the dash. When I put on the emergency brake the beeper goes off. I have tried buckling both seat belts. I have opened and re closed the hood. The steps are in and I have open and closed the slid out. Any idea So?
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: No. I will check the fuses. I just replaced a headlight bulb. The new one works fine. Could that cause the proble. Sorry I didn't,t mention this is a 2012 Winnebago via

Make sure the seats are locked in the forward facing position. Per manual....

A warning chime will sound if the seats are not locked in the forward facing position while attempting to start the vehicle.
