Hi! My name is ***** ***** I can assist you with this. I may need some additional information from you first in order to give a complete answer.

What is the make and model of your load center where all the fuses and breakers are? Do you have a small digital mulitmeter or a 12 vDC test light for some testing as that will be the quickest way to track this down?

Just checking back in to see if you were able to resolve this issue or do you still need some additional input from me here?
