What exactly do you mean when you say "not sitting right" here?

it is sitting 2 to 3 in" in one end closer in that the other end

it is the big slide and is pushing the front out so it is bending the wall out and the back is not touching the wall

Is this an all electric slide unit or hydraulic model?

This can be one of two things. On models with twin gear tracks underneath this can happen when the roll pin shears and the racking mechanism is messed up. That is what keeps the room moving in the same direction and speed. Some models like HWH use a racking valve on the hydraulic section between the arms to do this.
