Hi, first thing to do is go to the back of the refrigerator, open the access door , and remove the metal at the burner assy so you can access it, now blow it out. The rust from the heat stack falls right on the burner, lets see if we can get it to start on gas, then we will move to the electric side, thanks Michael

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I did replace control board with Dinosaur micro p-711 which good for board taken off and applied wiring to go with 2-way fridge.

Hi, now make sure there is power at the outlet behind the refer, and make sure the fuses on the board are good. put the refer on auto, and see if the heating elements heat up. Let me know, sorry I had to go away for a bit

gas did start with only battery on
Expert:  Michael Reush replied 3 months ago.

Let it run on 110 for a while, and see if the back where the heating element is stays hot

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
should I hit auto off or keep on
Expert:  Michael Reush replied 3 months ago.

put it on auto, it favors 110v when available

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
ok on auto but gas still on
Expert:  Michael Reush replied 3 months ago.

when on auto and 110v is available, it should switch to electric, it can take a minute or so, this is a function of the control board

Expert:  Michael Reush replied 3 months ago.

what I do to test is go to the back with the refer on auto, plug and unplug the cord, it should go back and forth between electric and gas

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
ok i'll wait till gas stops and test
