Any noise when you try to move the slide? One battery or two?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
there is noise. One battery
Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Are you still there?
Expert:  Randall replied 5 months ago.

Yes, but I had to go for a bit on a Service Call.

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Okay. Do you have a solution for me
Expert:  Randall replied 5 months ago.

I may have.......but ,knowing more about your situation here would be good. If this is making a clicking sound the problem is more likely a bad battery. If the noise is more of a grinding noise, it may be a stripped gear or broken roll pin. Brand of the slide hardware would help.
