My slide out is off track i think it won't go all the way

my slide out is off track i think it won't go all the way out. there is a 2 inch metal piece that i think was bent by the bolt that stops it. when we first did the slideout, it won't go in or out
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: 2002 fleetwood wilderness
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes my sister and I we have tried. manually doing it the bolt was stuck. we've tried wiggling it we can't budge it. we unplug the 30 amp and it budge then kicked again.
JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: yes all the fuses are good, the power to the switch is good, the battery is good
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: we are women and can't find anyone that knows what they are doing help,

I don't think from what you said that you are going to be able to repair this by yourself. I would check with the RV park and see who they recommend for doing their mobile tech work. Someone in that area must be able to come and assist you here. You won't have the tools needed for repairing this either. It sounds like it may need some parts as well.
