Customer Question

My water heater and furnace wont work. When I turn on the water heater the light goes out in about 30 sec. And yes I have full gas bottles with one turned on.
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: When I select the automatic ignition switch for the water heater there is a red light next to it.
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: 2005 Rockwood by forest river
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, Nothing yet.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: No I have only had it for a year and this started last winter.

It may just need some time to charge the system and come up to pressure OR the regulator may be bad or needing some adjustment. Light up the stove top burner first and then try it again. Maybe 4 or 5 times. Turn it off and then back on again. Let me know what happens and we can go from there. No unusual when it sits for any length of time. All follow ups are included in our fee.
