30 GALLON FUEL TANK LOCATED UNDERNEATH FLOOR ON THE SUNDOWNER TRAILER.

It will run without a purge line, but you have to cap off the nipple.

Also, the unit will NOT meet pollution standards if you do not use the purge line. If you live in an area that requires the EVAP system to be connected, this is a fineable offense to not connect it

To connect the purge line, you need to obtain a charcoal canister, and required tubing.

One tube will run to the purge nipple, one tube will run to the carburetor, and one back to the fuel tank.

All of this is spelled out in the Installation Manual that came with your genset.
