What is the make and model of the thermostat?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
xx I am not sure I left the job
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Cool furnace
Expert:  Randall replied 4 months ago.

Single Zone thermostat. E1 is a communication fault. That is usually in the cable at one end or the other. Clean those and be sure they are dry and replug. See if that allows you to reset it.

Unit has been off for two weeks do those low voltage wires go into the roof compartment?
Expert:  Randall replied 4 months ago.

To the A/C and can usually be accessed from inside the coach once you remove the ceiling grill.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Ok is there a way to reset?
Expert:  Randall replied 4 months ago.

Expert:  Randall replied 3 months ago.

Is this a new installation or one that is OEM installed?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Oem
Expert:  Randall replied 3 months ago.

Some of these get power to the AC from the furnace circuit. Check that fuse or perhaps the circuit breaker at the furnace (depending on what make and model you have).

Is this due to not being able to find the 12 VDC positive lead up to the A/C?
