we have a 1988 holiday rambler on a gillig chasis with a 3208 cat engine.it keeps breaking power steering belts after about 1000 miles.no one can seem to help us to get it fixed.we don't know how many owners had it before us

Did anyone check the pump? It may have a bearing locking up and snapping the belt.

Is the tension correct or not? Pulley out of round? Cheap belt? This shouldn't be that hard to figure out here.
