No power to the slide out switch, Goergie boy class A 2000,

Customer Question

No power to the slide out switch
JA: What is the model/year of your RV?
Customer: Goergie boy class A 2000
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Wire tested the switch. Where does the power come from?
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Not really. I checked all fuses
JA: Have you located the fuse box? Have you checked the circuit?
Customer: 2fuse boxes 1 under the dash other under the hood
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the RV Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.

Tested all fuses

Do you have a 12 VDC test light or small digital multimeter for some testing? That will be the fastest way to track this down.

And are you plugged into shore power or not?

Not plugged in. Where does the power come from?

Most come from the Battery Control Center which is usually in a service bay or under the hood. I suspect that a shortstop breaker has tripped. Those can be either a manual reset or auto reset version. I am attaching a link to a photo of one that is a manual reset version. That black button has to be pushed in so it will reset. http://www.surplus-electronics-sales.com/images/medium/122-1012%20Short%20Stop%2028V%2030A%20CB%20sm_MED.jpg

Just checking back in to see if perhaps you missed my earlier response to your question or if not, do you still need some additional input from me here?
