My magic bed (safari trek) has gotten crooked on the tracks.

My magic bed (safari trek) has gotten crooked on the tracks. I do not want to pull he tracks. How do I losen the keyway on the drive shaft and slide the gear wheel back so that I can reset it on the track in the correct position

If you have not checked for any debris at all this should be done.In some cases debris can develop on the tracks and cause issues here needing removed to correct this issue.If this has already been checked and found o.k. let me know so we can continue.
