Take some WD 40 and spray a liberal amount on the shaft where it enters the motor and spin it a few times by hand (unit off) and then try it again. Do this several times over a few days if it does it again. This will usually resolve this, but if not you need a new motor OR perhaps a hard start kit from Dometic. About $25 or so and not hard to install if you are somewhat handy with tools. Hope that proves helpful here.
