When the outside tempt gets above 85 my ac keeps tripping

Customer Question

When the outside tempt gets above 85 my ac keeps tripping not only it own breaker but also the main breaker. I've taken the cover off and vacuumed the heat exchanger's. Both the fans, the exhaust fan and the "squirrel cage" are turning noise free. Any ideas?

I cleaned both the forward heat exchanger and the rear one with a vacuum cleaner. Which is the condensor?
I buttoned it up and it's been running for about 30 mins. That may have done it.

Hi Thank you for that

That is the out side coil, around the unit,

also is the heat exchange, that is where the hot air is from

coil in the house Evaporater that is cold air

so I think you did it, but I would still wash out hose
