Replaced ( 4 ) 6 volt house batteries in our 2004

Customer Question

Replaced ( 4 ) 6 volt house batteries in our 2004 FleetwoodBounder. We are now unable to get the full 12 volt power. We are getting the 110volt from shore power going through the inverter. The generator will not start. This all started with the alternator quitting. We had the alternator replaced. What was supposed to be a fun trip has turned into a very expensive nightmare.

Hello, is it an onan style generator? It wont crank at the generator itself or only using the interior switch in the rv? No power to the generator to start? You have the batteries hooked up correctly in series to each other? Positive to positive and negative to negative? Main vehicle battery is good and altenator is charging now?
