I can toggle the switch back and forth and get the slide in or out but it only moves about 4-6 inches at a time. One side then the other.
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I have pushed the button 6 times and held it on the 7th until I get a multiple flashing. But still can't get the slide to move correctly.

Let me get to my computer here shortly and get you some info to help correct this.

Did not resolve issue. Motors will not resync.
Expert:  Randall replied 7 months ago.
Then the module may be damaged. Unless you have an extended warranty this won't be covered. I would give Lippert Customer Service a call and see if they have some other reset that I am not aware of for you to attempt here. Please let me know what they have to report.
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I guess I need to find someone reputable that can look at it.
