My 3 year old Keystone trailer pushout doesn't go out. The sound is like a clutch or ratchet slipping. HOw can i push it out manually?

Hi, access the motor, and you will see on the back of the motor a wrench fitting, use a socket and wrench on the fitting, and the slide will come out, once it moves a bit try the switch again

Is the motor underneath the trailer or on top?

Hi, the motor is underneath. If the bottom has a moisture barrier, you need to cut an access to get to it, the fitting is on the gear box which is attatched to the motor
