Darrel. I got a 2014 E450 V10 motor home and the gas gauge reads empty I have unplugged the sending unit no change the tank reads 54ohms with a full tank and I got 6 to 5.8 volts depending on what wires I checked on the gauge side

Hello and thank you for your question,The most common caused for the problem you are having with your fuel gauge is usually a failed sending unit. Before you consider replacing any parts you are going to need to do some testing. I have enclosed the steps to do so int he link below.
