Hi my name is Robert....

IF it is just the kitchen water remove the end of the faucet head and check the screen inside and make sure it is not plugged, should have a screen that will catch debris. Next I would shut the water OFF and disconnect one of the supply lines at the sink, get a bucket and then turn the water back on and see if you get flow. I would use the water pump so you can shut it off quickly if water starts coming out, the valve could be bad. IF you have an outdoor sprayer make sure the valves are OFF..... IF you still need more help please let me know, follow ups are included.... Robert
