That is usually a sign that the batteries are needing some attention or replacement. Low voltage creates high amperage in the circuit and blows fuses and breakers. It can be a motor going bad as well. Have the batteries load tested first and see if that is all good and then we can move to the motor. Be sure and make a good diagram of the hookup or better yet, take a few photos. Easy to get this wrong.
