How does the slide motor come off I have removed the two bolts from top and bottom but it does not look like it will come off the end of the rod. Vehicle is 2001 itasca sunova a 28 ft class a

Would you be able to take a picture of this motor? There are a few different mounting options and a picture will help me help you better.

That would work great. Is there a gearbox attached to the motor? If so the gearbox and motor will have to be removed together.

It's pretty tight up where the motor is located . Right now it's pretty dark and tomorrow would be better when I can crawl underneath and get a good picture of it . what time is good for you? I am in arizona

You will probably have to remove a bolt or gear from the other side of the motor. (the side not visible in the picture)
