duo therm model 57912. ac and dc voltage to relay board 125vac 12vdc. voltage to thermostat 12vdc. between red 7.5 and green fan terminals. no voltage at other terminals.where to go now?

What is the part number off the thermostat AND the control module in the ceiling?

Take the yellow compressor lead loose from the thermostat and touch it to the red lead on the thermostat and see if the compressor comes on. IF so, the thermostat is bad. IF not, the module is probably bad. Those have been replaced by a newer set called a Single Zone thermostat which has a digital readout. Not hard to wire up.
