norcold rv frig 1201 lrim mode & temp button not responding on lite comes on &1&88 lites up for couple seconds but frig doesn't work whats the problem?

Hi, does the refer control panel give you any error codes? and go to the back of the refer, open the exterior door, and see if you can locate a small black box which is clipped onto the cooling unit, it has a few wires comming from it, it also has a light on it, is the light on? was the refer cooling properly the last time you used it?

thanks, ***** ***** the back of the refer and tell me if you see a black box clipped to the cooling unit, it has a light on it, if it is there is the light on?

black box is clipped to the cooling $ there is positively no lite on !

thanks, next I need you to see if there is 12volt power going to that box , do you have a test light or voltmeter?

the red wire will be positive, and the green negative, make sure that the green wire is attatched at the other end to metal (you will see a clip on it)

there is 12 volt power going into the box & also coming out checked both ends no lite on

thanks, ***** ***** need to take the cover off of the control module, and check fuses on it, its the large black box with all the wires going to it

It is the control board at the back of the refer, the one you took the cover off of.............
