I have installed a Domestic power awning. A 9100 series. I installed the switch, that was sold separately. The awning rolled up. But will not extend. When I first tried to extend it there was a hum noise. Now there is not.

It does sound like a component is either out of alignment or bent/damaged since it did hum at first.Usually the hum noise indicates the switch is working.I would check and see if anything is found bent or damaged at all needing repaired or replaced to correct this fault here.
