Hi my name is Robert....
This could be a cooling unit issue or problem with the thermistor. Do you have a volt meter, if not that is OK there is another test to try.... Robert

no meter

OK
Was going to have you ohm the thermistor to see if it is good, since you do not have a meter what you can do is go to the back of the fridge and find the circuit board, on the circuit board will be a 2 wire connector it will be marked P-2, unplug that connector, turn the fridge on and let it run on AC power for a few hours and see if the box gets cold. You are unplugging the thermistor and when you do this the fridge should default to full cooling. IF the fridge does not cool I suspect you might have a bad cooling unit. A cooling unit can rupture or become blocked. For a rupture you might see a yellowish powder on the back of the fridge, smell ammonia or hear a gurgle when you turn it on, for a blockage you might not have any symptoms at all but no cooling on both sources. Hope this helps, below is a service manual for you, copy and paste that into your browser, it may help.... Robert
