Customer Question

We just bought a 2007 camper with a Norcold N641.3 Refrig. Even after leveling, we cannot get the frig to run in AC dc or LP. It was running on dc right after we got it.

Hi my name is Robert....
Will the fridge turn on at all? Are you getting any flashing lights on the controls? IF it is turning on does it appear to be working on all sources but no cooling?
Thanks, Robert
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It will not turn on at all. The mode light indicates the mode for about 15 seconds then goes to flashing "co no"

OK
That means the controls have locked the fridge out and it will not operate, you can try to do a reset at the circuit board, it will depend on which circuit board you have. Below are two links for you, copy and paste them one at a time into your browser to have a look. IF the code comes back after it has been running I would have it checked out the no co means the fridge is shutting down from high temp. Sometimes low voltage can also cause this code to come up.....
Hope this helps....Also the circuit board will be located under the outside access panel for the fridge.
