Our 2000 bounder with a 30 amp service has a problem with front

Customer Question

Our 2000 bounder with a 30 amp service has a problem with front ac. The unit compressor will not come on consistently. It continues to shed at the wall control.
I have changed the front ac twice to no change.

Hi, first of all take a look at this document, and tell me if you have this electronic climate control system, thanks
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It has the 30 amp wall control for two acs
it controls both units. The rear unit has always worked properly. The front unit started having trouble and I changed the unut twice, the first people put on one that had too much voltage command.
I was told and I replaced it with no change to problem

thank you for responding, after looking at the document I supplied, is this the wall control you have?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I don't see a wall unit choice
my unit controls front unit and heater on left side and the back unit on right side.

thanks, ***** ***** some testing. First of all we need to locate the control module, its located behind the 120vac distribution panel, on the floor, I believe your unit has a hinged door below the refer, that hinges down to expose the control, look in the literature I sent, it shows the module on page 4 let me know if you locate it,
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am not at the unit now. I will contact you when I am with the unit
