My norcold is showing a no ac code. it blew the 5 amp fuse

my norcold is showing a no ac code. it blew the 5 amp fuse on the board and i replaced it. still saying no ac power. code 5 on era screen says bad thermistor. What is your thoughts about this? thanks

Yes but not on DC or ac

thanks, ***** ***** replaced the fuse, did it blow again, ? Do you have a voltmeter? And now with the new fuse did the no ac error clear?

No it did not blow again but the code is still showing no ac. Yes I have a meter and I ohmed out the heating element and tryed to check power at fuse but I don't think is was getting a good ground to check it.

thanks your on the right track, set your meter to ac, lets follow the power, start at the outlet the refer is plugged into, then test the cord, then see if there is ac at the fuse, make sure your gfi is reset also And did the ac heater show continuity?
