Hi my name is Robert...
This sounds as if a GFI is tripped. The GFI will have a test and reset on certain outlets, normally the GFI is located in the bathroom and or galley but can be located just about anywhere else including the outside so you want to go around and check each outlet. Make sure you also do not have any breakers tripped in the main breaker panel. If you still need more help please let me know... Robert
