Hi my name is Robert...
I assume you checked the breakers on the generator, just want to mention that as most will have two breakers on them.
Fleetwood loves to stick the transfer switch behind the main breaker panel inside you will have the line coming in from shore, from generator and then out to the breaker panel. Sometimes the transfer switch is also located near the shore cord self contained in a box or exterior compartmnet. Try and follow each cord and it will lead right to the transfer switch.
