Hi I guess your not having a good day. Are you capable off getting under the coach?
are you there?
I don't like going under it. I can access through bedroom.
your transmission cable or electronic controled?
not cable operated.
you have a push button control
I don't believe so. It shifts from a toggle up front. It's a 40' mh. I can hear it clicking.
Single pole double throw momentary toggle
If I can locate the shifting mechanism on the transmission, do you know difficulty of removal? Can I shift transmission manually when removed?
do you know what allison transmission you have in the coach?
I don't know the model number offhand. It is a 4 spd auto mated to a cummins L10. Probably the only one used by Monaco in 1990. It is probably a heavy duty rated trans if there are different ones, Monaco did that. It is a 35,000 lb motorhome. Sorry I can't do better, I maybe can identify it but it will take a few minutes.
I'll go out and try to identify. Back in a few. Be patient, I will return.
mt/mtb 647 or 648 with stone bennent shifter, not barrett
looks like it may be a MT643
well all the mt's that i looked at were all manual shifts, s my n
best guess is that you have an after market type shifter. can you see the rright side of the transmission?
sorry left side drivers side
Stone Bennent LA2-12 electronic shifter. I think maybe air actuated.
