my dometic dm2652 will cool to 38-40 degrees hold for about 24 36 hours and temp will rise to 80 degrees. lp or 110. burner can be heard on lp even when not cooling. roof vent is clear. does not matter setting of thermistor.
Optional Information: Year: 2010 Make (other): keystone Model: energy Engine: travel trailer Already Tried: taken it to dealer. for 2 weeks. they can not duplicate concern. pick up from dealer let run at my house for 2 days stopped cooling. let sit for 24 hrs tried again 2 days later stopped cooling. back at dealer now can not duplicate concern after 12 hours. they don't want to mess with it anymore. unless i pay them. still under factory warranty
Thank you for using Just Answer, I will quickly, and methodicly work through your repair needs.......Thank you.........Michael, hi the test we want to do is to disconnect the thermister,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,this will allow the unit to run and get as cold as is allowed by the cooling unit................do this and allow it to run overnight take temps in the morning..............Lets see whats going on................Michael
sorry for the delay i just got back in town. i will be picking my trailer from the dealer tomorrow and will disconnect the thermistor and reply with my findings. thanks for your quick reply and patience

ok fridge temps this morning 28 degrees. with 72 degrees outside. temps in fridge at noon 35 degrees. 95 degrees outside.
Thanks so it appears that the cooling unit is good, and a replacment of the thermister is in order...................
