Hi: Thank you for coming to Just Answer with your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX perhaps I can assist you with this issue. What is the make and model of your power center in this coach? Do you have an inverter or just a standard converter if you know? Get back to me with this and I can help you sort this out. R.J.
Onan 5500 Generator, Inteli Power 9100 power converter as far as I know
Take your meter and measure the voltage out of the converter with the genset running or plugged into shore power. Also check the fuse near where the leads hook into it as you may have blown one or both. Usually hooking up the batteries wrong does this. If you have had them out lately I would double check that as well. You need to be seeing about 13.7 VDC at the converter. There should also be a resettable breaker at the batteries that may have tripped. Go HERE to see what they look like. Push the button in to reset them.Let me know what you find...........R.J.
Yes Sir, The (resettable breaker) was on the BCC but it doesnt have a reset on it that I can find. It looks like a relay, does this sound normal?
The button is very small and on the side or the end. Push in to reset. Look again and take a reading in and out of it. That will tell you. If you have different voltages on each side it isn't working or needs to be reset. Let me know what you find. R.J.
