Hi: Thanks for coming to Just Answer with your question. My name is XXXXX XXXXX perhaps I can assist you with this. First, I would just like to say that there are hundreds and hundreds of coaches and we can't remember them all, especially when we can't see them. If you can hear the pump in operation, you can locate it. Most coaches like yours put the pump in the service bay where the water inlet and controls for the tanks are located. Many times it is behind a panel that has to either be removed or you have to reach up behind it to access the pump. Can you hear yours operating or not? If not, be sure to check the fuse to be sure you have power to it. Get back to me and we will see if we can assist you in resolving this.
