2 mins..mph display..power steering..hand brake would not disengage

Customer Question

Hi, my scenic just had a service today and then on my first outing after 2 mins of driving, it beeped and then the display said "check steering" and the MPH display disappeared. I stopped ASAP and the display said "electronic fault". The power steering wasn't working and the hand brake would not disengage. After 10 minutes there was another beep and the displays all went back to normal and the car worked fine? What does this mean?
