I have just changed the batteries in the Renault card for my Laguna.It will now open the doors but not lock them on closing. Anything I have done wrong?

Yes I am still awaiting an answer. I pressed experts response but nothing there. I have also tried the batteries in each card. I get a red light when pressing the doors open button the doors open on the car and the indicator lights flash. However nothing at all happens when I press the door lock button on the Renaut card.
