My sincere apologies that I couldn't get back to until now -

I have the information you asked for as follows :


REMOVAL
Place a hose clamp on each hose at the bulkhead in the engine compartment.

Remove the glovebox undoing its retainer screws etc.

Unclip at (1) .

Disconnect the air duct at (2) then at (3) .

Put a protective cover on the carpet.

Remove:
the bolts (5) from the heater matrix pipe bracket,
the bolts (6) from the heater matrix on the air distribution unit,
the bolts (7) from the heater matrix connecting clips,
the bracket (8) .

Put a container in place to recover the coolant.

Remove:
the heater matrix and its pipes,
the heater matrix connecting clips.

Remove:
the heater matrix ducts by pulling them towards the front of the vehicle,
the heater matrix.



REFITTING
Always replace the heater matrix seals.

Refit:
the heater matrix,
the heater matrix ducts.

Fit:
the heater matrix connecting clips,
the heater matrix and its pipes.

Remove the coolant recovery container.

Remove:
the heater matrix connecting clip bolts,
the bracket,
the heater matrix bolts on the air distribution unit,
the heater matrix pipe bracket bolts.

Fit the air duct.

Refit the glovebox

Remove the hose clamps.

Perform the following operations:
Fill and bleed the cooling circuit.
Check the cooling circuit sealing.
