Crying is a natural response (especially if you are frustrated and feel burned out) It is in a way a coping mechanism. Some people are more sensitive than others. If you think that you may be depressed, then see about getting to talk to someone. If your job offers EAP services, you can even see about getting some free counseling sessions.
