Resolved Question:

I have been married for 14 years. We have a son who has special needs.. His health has definitly hampered our sex drives.. However, a year ago, I unexpectedly lost more than 20# XXXXX 30 days. I lost a lot of muscle mass all over. Since this occurance I am now expeirencing extreme premature ejaculation. Don't know why, but the tip of my penis is extremely sensitive now. I know this is dissapointing to my wife, whom I wish to embrace longer than 30 seconds.

Desperatly needing help

Good Morning,

Stress/depression can cause decrease in libido.

You may want to rule out medical causes for this (having a hormonal panel test and checking for prostate issues)

If you think that the cause is psychological, the stress level has to be managed (whether with counseling, hypnotherapy, exercise, meditation, etc)

There are some options that can increase the testosterone level- Maca, Tribulus, Macuna Pruriens. There are also supplements that can target muscle building (especially if you exercise) and release of GH.
