Getting your intimate life back is possible (it may take some adjustments now that you are parenting and busy)
Try to introduce some spontaneity in your life (whatever you consider romantic) You do not have to feel rushed into anything. Low libido is at times due to hormonal changes both for men and women. Some individuals supplement with herbs such as Tribulus, Maca and Macuna Pruriens which act as androgens (and this in return increases sexual desire- because of the hormonal changes)
Perhaps start slow, if possible try to give each other a massage, have a night out (if babysitters are available)
If you have any in laws that can watch her for an evening, then you would at least have some time for the two of you.
Being tired is understandable. Self care is going to be important and if you need to make changes of how things are done, then try to figure out more efficient and less time consuming ways of doing it. Vitamin D and B complex as well as Iron vitamins can increase your energy level.
Try to remember to hold hands, rub each others back, kiss, hug and do exhibit affection to each other during the day.
