3. Your readers ask questions, and our Experts (or you) answer them
It works the same as if the readers came right to general.justanswer.com
4. We pay you
You receive 10% of the money exchanged between readers and Experts. In many cases, you can be the Expert yourself and answer the questions. If so, you can receive up to 60% of the money exchanged. Once you have more than $20 in your account, just request payment and we'll PayPal the money to you on the first business day of the month.

How much do I get paid?
For every user who asks a question and accepts the answer, you get 10% of their payment and all future accepts, forever (subject to active participation in the program per the referral agreement.)
For every website that you register who starts to generate earnings, you get 10% of their earnings as well, again forever (subject to the referral agreement.)
Partners that have over $500 in revenues generated per month will be bumped up to 12% on user referrals (not on other website referrals)
Do you use cookies to track delayed registration?
Yes! Users who come to our site from your referral but do not register have a cookie that identifies you, and it is active for a year! Of course, we cannot track if cookies are erased, and if there are multiple referrers, our system defaults to the most recent cookie before the registration.
When/How do I get paid?
We pay using Paypal on the first business day of every month that you have $20 or more in accumulated earnings. Enter your Paypal info here.
How do you ensure I get credit for referrals? Does it work the same for user questions and affiliates I recruit?
When someone comes to our site via a link from you and registers, we then save you as the referrer on their account. This works for both users and other websites and works automatically going forward.

How do I know the Experts will give my readers excellent service?
This is JustAnswer's strongest point. Our Experts go through a strict review process before being allowed to join, which includes approval from other Experts in the category. Experts that do not maintain a positive user ranking of 95% or better are removed from the site. JustAnswer Experts are licensed/certified in their respective fields, or have proven to be skilled in specific areas.
How quickly do the questions get answered?
This depends on time of day and complexity of the questions, but most questions are answered in minutes.
Can I customize the JustAnswer box on my site?
Yes! We encourage you to do so, and provide you the tools so you can maximize effectiveness.
What if I have Multiple Categories of questions?
No problem! Our accurate statistical probability algorithms automatically route all questions to the
right Experts. Furthermore, our staff of Experts and moderators monitor and reroute any miscategorized
questions as needed.
Tips and Tricks:
1. Question box wording
Specific terms are best. Our default is "Ask an Expert." If you have a car site, for example, we suggest
you change the wording to "Ask a Mechanic."
2. Explanations about the service on the website.
Explanations and further comments about our service on your site is a good thing! Here are some examples:
"We have partnered with JustAnswer.com to provide access to motor mechanics online."
"JustAnswer has thousands of certified motor mechanics who are available to answer questions about your car via email. Answers come in an average of under 10 minutes and often include pictures or video."
"We cannot answer every legal question on this website. However, we have partnered with justanswer.com, which allows you to ask questions via email to one of their thousands of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal Experts."
3. Placement on the site
Conversions come in fastest from pages where the customer has an immediate problem, diagnosis, symptom or issue with a recent purchase. Examples:
-A customer looking up a health problem can ask a doctor
-A customer looking up an issue with their car can ask a mechanic
-A customer that just subscribed to a legal journal can be asked if they want to ask a lawyer a question
-A customer that just ordered a dog treat can ask questions to a veterinarian or breeder
Our partners often also find that the customers like to read about an issue, and then ask a question. So, we find that placements after some information is provided can work well.
