Hello, My name is ***** ***** I'll be assisting you. I'm sorry you're having problems. I'm reviewing your details now and will reply shortly.

Expert:  Aric replied 1 month ago.

In most cases you don't connect the DVD/VCR directly to the Hopper, since the hopper doesn't have the RCA red, white and yellow cables needed to record onto a VCR/DVD. However I need you to tell me- are you simply looking to play the DVD/VCR on the TV, or are you looking to record?

I also will need the following:

1) The full brand and model of the DVD/VCR.

2) The model number off of the back of your TV.

3) Does your Hopper have RCA red, white and yellow jacks on it?

4) Are you looking to playback only, or also record?

Let me know these details and we can proceed.
