JA: What's the make/model number of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I already have a Roku on one TV and am trying to instal another.
JA: Sorry about that. I must have missed it. Could you tell me again?
Customer: The new one is 2 weeks old It is the Roku express.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has only been yesterday. The problem I believe is because I can't find the entry code and can't register it on line in the existing account
JA: Anything else you want the video expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, can I use the prior Roku account to register or do I need to establish a second account?

Hello Louie I already have a Roku. I am trying to get on line with a second TV and a second Roku Express. The reason I can't connect I think is because am unable to register as a new customer, and I cannot find an entry code on the unit.

I understand that you were trying to setup a second roku using one account. Have you gone through the installation and link your wifi Router to the new Roku? If yes, go through the process astarted a new roku and then when connected, they will supply you with registration code. Use this code to sign up on their website using your existing account.
